Supplying and fixing 4 Nos. 25mm dia X 750mm long GI foundation bolt (EN8 grade) with nuts, washer including 2 Nos. template of 3 mm thick size 300 mm x 300 mm (Approx.) with 4 nos. 28mm dia holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd.

Supply of heavy duty 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured cable with aluminium conductor for the following size with ISI mark confirming to IS : 7098 part-1 amended up to date as required. 2 x 10 sqmm Aluminium conductor cable

Supplying & erection of flange mounted hot dip galvanized octagonal poles of 12mtrs. height made from 3 mm thick HT steel plate having bottom dia of 210mm & top dia of 90 mm complete with window with full sleeve type cover arrangement at a height of 0.5 / 1 mtrs from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 16 mm thick on the existing cement concrete pedestal as required i/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box provided for cable termination :- a)Supplying and fixing suitable size and thickness bakelite laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on welding 3 nos. Supply of heavy duty 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured cable with aluminium conductor for the following size with ISI mark confirming to IS : 7098 part-1 amended up to date as required. 3.5 x 50 sqmm Aluminium conductor cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 35 sq.mm upto 95 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Fabrication, Designing, Supplying & Fixing of MS bracket and suitable to mount 6 no. existing flood light on existing 12 Mtr pole, the pipe of bracket should be 100 mm dia (nominal) and angle iron size of bracket should be 35mm X 35mm X 5mm with tightening nut bolt etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of heavy duty 1100 V grade, PVC Insulated and PVC sheathed flexible cable with copper conductor for the following size with confirming to IS : 694:2010 amended up to date as required. 3 x 2.5 sqmm Copper conductor cable

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Flood light LED fitting IP 66 made of pressure die cast aluminum with LED source of 200 watt having following features: Luminous efficcacy 120 lm/watt, CCT = 5700K (nominal), CRI70, Surge protection device inbuilt 4Kv+External 10kv, Secondary optics with lens, , electronic driver as per specification on the existing light pole with the help of tower wagon etc and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 35 sq.mm upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Above 35 sq.mm upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning nd protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KVgrade as required. 3½ X 50 sq. mm (35mm)
