Supply of good quality Pilkhan (Ficus infectoria) of height 5’ to 6’ shifted in size of bag 8” X 10” HDPE bag

Ist year 24 labours for the period of twelve months. {18 labours for the maintenance (1 labour over 1000 plants Ist year and 1 labour over 2000 plants) and 6 labours for watch & ward in three shifts}, Hoeing & Weeding (Once in a 02 month), Watering, maintenance of fencing & fire line, uprooting of invasive species (Prosopis juliflora or Vilayati Kikar, Lantana camara, Leucanea leucocephala or Subabool, Parthenium hysterophorus or Gajar Ghas) (at least once a month), tree training from the month of (November to January) mulching & soil moisture conservation as per site requirement by the contractor for effective care of 20537 Nos. plants.

Supplying and stacking of well-decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment) 14000X0.056 cum. per plant = 784 cum.

Supply and spreading of good quality Neem Cake manure free from impurities per plant 100 Gm. (Total required 1400 KG for plants)

Providing and stacking of Largerstroemia indica of height 5’ -6. shifted in size of bag 8” X 10” HDPE bag

Supply of good quality Arjun (Terminilia Arjuna) of height 5’ to 6’ shifted in size of bag 8” X 10”

Supply of good quality Awla (Phyllanthus emblica) of height 5’’ to 6’ shifted in size of bag 8” X 10” in HDPE bag

Supply of good quality Siras (Albizia lebbeck) of height 5’ to 6’ shifted in size of bag 8” X 10” in HDPE bag

Supply of good quality Sehtoot (Morus Alba) of height 5’ to 6’ shifted in size of bag 8” X 10”

Supply of Trichoderma (water soluble) to be sprayed in whole plantation area as directed by site incharge. (1 ha -2 kg)

Schedule of requirement of Vermi Compost: Supply and spreading of good quality Vermi Compost manure free from impurities per plant 2 Kg X 14000 plants =28000 kg Vermi Compost IVth year 6037 X 1 Kg = 6037 kg

Supply of Jungle Jalebi (Pithecellobium dulce) of height 5’ –6’ shifted in bag of size 8” X 10” (well developed)

Supply of good quality Amaltash (Casia fistula ) of height 5’ to 6’ shifted in size of bag 8” X 10”

Supply of Badh (Banyan tree) of height 5’ to 6’ shifted in bag of size 8” X 12” (well developed)

Supply of (Desi Kikar) plant of height ’5 to 6’ shifted in size of bag 8” X 10”big size  HDPE bag.

Providing and watering of plants with Sewage Treated (STP) water through water tanker of Horticulture features at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 liter capacity with one labour for watering i/e cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge. For newly created 14000 tree saplings After plantation, watering around each plant with 20 L of water per plant (including cost of water tanker and manpower) (i) April to June - 04 (Four) times per month (ii) July to Oct. –Nil times per month; (iii) Nov. to March- 03 (Three) times per month; For 27 watering = 7560000 lt. Per water tanker 5000 lt = 1512 tanker For old 6037 tree saplings For Yamuna flood plain: 1. Summer (April – June): 2 times a month 2. Monsoon (July- October): nil times 3. Winter (November – March) : 2 time in a month Total 16 watering @ 20lt for per plant = 1931840 lt/5000 lt per tanker = 386 tankers **No watering to be done in case of good rainy spell in the plantation site as per frequency prescribed. In case of additional watering, reasons must be recorded in writing in Plantation journal for processing of bills.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 15cm measured at a height of 30 cm above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m out side the periphery of the area cleared.

Plantation of Trees, at site including one watering and removal of unserviceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water)
