Auction 5 Reserve Price As per Annexure I (Any changes in above schedule will be notified only on DTTDC website www.delhitourism.gov.in and e-auction website www.tenderwizard.com/DTTDC ). CHAPTER – I GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE E-AUCTION 2.1 Eligibility: i) Any person, who deals in Handicrafts, Handlooms, gifts, household items, furniture, khadi, churan supari and Precooked food items may participate in the e-auction and submit bid for the allotment of the Non A/C Crafts Shops, Open platform shops and Food Courts on rental basis. ii) The bidder/auctioneer must be a Citizen of India and he/she should be competent to auction into a contract. iii) No change in name of the auctioneer will be allowed under any circumstances. 2.2 Earnest Money Deposit: To be able to participate in e-auction of Food Courts all the bidder interested to participate in the e-auction of Food courts need to submit EMD amounting to one month rental charges + Service Tax (as applicable). a) Only persons making payment equivalent to 1 (One) months rental fee (Earnest Money Deposited) + Service Tax (as applicable) through NEFT/RTGS in r/o Food courts be allowed to participate in the e-auction. EMD will be treated as a Security Deposit in the department. NEFT/RTGS details are as mentioned below: Bank Name: Punjab National Bank A/c No.: 3978002100011835 IFSC Code: PUNB0397800 UTR No. for the same is to be updated on e-auctioning portal at the time of Request for participation. b) No offer/bid shall be accepted in case of Food court without successful payment of Earnest Money Deposit c) The Earnest Money Deposit paid by the bidders against the Food court, will be returned to them without any interest after withdrawal from the allotment of stalls. 2.3 Submission of the Bid: 2.3.1. The intending bidders can register/Participate in the bidding process once they get themselves registered on the e-auction portal i.e. www.tenderwizard.com/DTTDC . 2.3.2. The Food courts is being auctioned on 'as is where is basis' it will be presumed that the intending Vendors has inspected the site and satisfied himself/herself with the prevalent conditions in all respects including status of infrastructural facilities available etc. before participating in the bid and submitting the bid. The bidder cannot put any condition with his bid. No conditional bid will be entertained. 2.3.3 Bid received by Post /Courier shall not be entertained. 2.3.4 Documents to be uploaded online along with Application Form: i) Scanned self-attested copy of Address proof. ii) Scanned self-attested copy of PAN Card (In case if allotment of Food Court) 2.3.5 Request form of each stalls and Food courts is to be submitted separately with separate Auction P
