The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years for a Graduate Engineer in the discipline of Horticulture as a Principal Technical Representative. Alternatively, a Diploma holder with minimum 10 years relevant experience with a reputed construction company can be considered equivalent to a Graduate Engineer, provided that such diploma holders do not exceed 50% of the requirement of degree engineers. Regarding similar works completed, the bidder must have experience of having successfully completed Horticulture works in any Government Departments/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertaking during the last seven years. The required experience can be demonstrated by completing: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost. - One similar work each of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. No specific information is available on the annual turnover or other financial details related to similar works completed, except that the bid security (Earnest Money Deposit) is Rs. 5,56,011/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Fifty Six Thousand and Eleven Only).
