The bidder should have completed similar works with specific requirements. The value of similar works completed should be not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender in case of three similar works, or not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender in case of two similar works, or not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender in case of one similar work. The bidder must submit details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years. The bidder is required to furnish details regarding the total number of works that were similar in nature and complexity as in the present contract, which involves providing trained manpower to provide maintenance services. Additionally, the bidder should have a turnover for the year ending March 2024 of at least 50% of the estimated cost.
