The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works of a certain magnitude. The bidder should have completed works with the following values and percentages: - Three similar works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs.1,58,17,122.40, - Two similar works, each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is Rs.2,37,25,683.60, - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs.3,16,34,244.80. These works should have been completed in the last 3 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of bids. The bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years, including the name of the work/project, location, owner/sponsoring organization, cost of work, dates of commencement and completion, and litigation/arbitration cases pending. The estimated cost of the work is Rs.3,95,42,806.
