Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand):

12 mm cement plaster of mix (a)    1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level. (a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(b) Supplying and filling with building rubbish/ malba by mechanical transport i/c unloading & banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tone roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonne and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions all lift upto 1.5m:

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-10 plain cement concrete, (With 20MM Nominal Size Stone agg.) with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having ontinuous agitated mixer,manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, finishing, curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability; excluding the cost of centering & shuttering; complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. works up to plinth level (cement content considered @ 220kg/cum

Providing and laying ready mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant & transported to site work in transit mixer, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in apporpriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 at accelerate / retard setting of concrete,improve Workability without impairing strength and durability including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site laying at site, spreading and compacting, mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, leveling to required slope / camber, finishing with required texture, brooming with wire brush curing excluding the cost of centering shuttering complete all as per direction of Enginer-in-charge (cement content considered @ 340 kg/cum)

Deduct for not laying the concrete by using the pump, piping-work & accessories etc, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying P.V.C sheet 125 micron thick on lean cement concrete surface without creases whereever overlap is necessary. The same at lest should be 300mm the surface of lean cement concrete shall be swept clean of all extrenous material before pacing & fixing with plastic nails

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement – All work up to plinth level 1:1:5:3 (1 cement : 1.50 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo Mechanically treated bars.

Providing and placing in position Red stone slab 20 mm thick (Un-dressed) over S.W drains including Loading, unloading, carriage and T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and placing in position 100mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes,of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage ,all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately) : Circular manhole 140 cm dia with circular cover 600 mm dia of grade EHD - 35

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality EHD - 35 Circular shape 560 mm internal dia

Providing and Laying HDPE Pipe through Trenchless i/c entry & exit Pits raming, boring. Jointing alongwith pulling of HDPE Pipes etc. All Complete as per the Engineer-in-charge.
