The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Experience in production of documentary focusing on Engineering/operational challenges completed in last 5 years for Metro/Railway sector: - 20 or more nos of documentaries produced: 20 marks - 10 or more nos of documentaries produced: 10 marks - 5 or less projects: 05 marks 2. Experience in AV spot production, short films, Jingles/Audio spots completed in last 5 years for Metro/Railway sector: - 10 or more nos of AV spot production, short films, Jingles/Audio spots produced: 15 marks - 6 or more nos of AV spot production, short films, Jingles/Audio spots produced: 10 marks - 5 or less AV spot production, short films, Jingles/Audio spots: 05 marks 3. Experience in production of films made on the occasion of events of National significance: - Completion certificate with respective work orders to substantiate the experience: 10 marks 4. Innovative aspects and elements for better communication, brand value, Social issues etc.: - Bidders have to submit 2-3 minute film for evaluation of past experience in last 05 years: 10 marks 5. Language proficiency reflected: - Submission of script/screen plays of the films submitted: 05 marks - Pronunciation, Diction and voice over quality of the artist: 05 marks The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 20 or more documentaries: 20 marks - 10 or more documentaries: 10 marks - 5 or less documentaries: 05 marks - 10 or more AV spot production, short films, Jingles/Audio spots: 15 marks - 6 or more AV spot production, short films, Jingles/Audio spots: 10 marks - 5 or less AV spot production, short films, Jingles/Audio spots: 05 marks Additionally, the bidder should have: - Experience in production of films made on the occasion of events of National significance involving important dignitaries (05 films in last 5 years) - 15 marks - Innovative aspects and elements for better communication, brand value, Social issues etc. (02 films in last 05 years) - 10 marks - Language proficiency reflected (02 films in each language) - 10 marks - Awards received from the Government of India/State Governments/Government Bodies for ‘audio/visual productions - 05 marks The average annual turnover of the bidder during the last three audited financial years should not be less than ₹ 80 Lakhs. The bidder's net worth and pending litigation are also considered, with the tenderer not having a total amount of dispute in their pending litigation more than 50% of the tenderer's net worth. The bidder should obtain a minimum of 70% score in the first stage of technical evaluation to be eligible for further evaluation.
