Minor monthly-maintenance of site like keeping the same neat & clean in all respect with all electrical & mechanical equipment/s at site e.g. providing/replacement of LED tube lights/bulbs and flood lights with fittings including installation/wiring etc., heavy duty torches, sweeper brooms (long & short), coconut brooms, cane baskets, bamboo baskets, hard soaps & mustard oil, log books/log sheets & registers, first aid boxes, manila ropes, gland packing, old dhotis, rubber packing, phenyl, mobile oil/grease for execution of routine operation . The work also includes the repairing of ceiling/exhaust fans (all sizes), repair/replacement of electric switch boards of all types including MCB/MCCB boards etc., all kind of tools & tackles (mechanical & electrical), HT/LT tapes, Aluminum/copper thimbles of various sizes, drilling/welding machine, nut-bolts/studs (S.S.) of different sizes as required for pumps, valves etc., PVC pipes & filling/re-filling of fire extinguishers, patrolling of rising-main line emanating from Pragati Vihar SPS etc. or whatsoever required/suggested by engineer-in-charge at site as & when required for 5 months
