Retrofitting of ACB 800 Amp 3 Pole as above in place of existing panel by carrying out following works 1.) Supply of necessary hardware supports etc. 2.) Making supply of M.S angle base frame / supports of size as suitable to the mounting of New ACB fixing of the same at the panel chamber with help of nut bolts / welding etc. as suitable for installation of new ACB/ their cradles. 3.) Dismantling the existing circuit breaker from the chamber of the LT Panel including its candle and disconnecting the bus bar connections with the main bus bar disconnecting the outgoing cable etc. 4.) Installation of new ACB cradle in the panel by the help of nut bolts etc. in proper alignment for connecting the bus bar Fixing the ACB in the cradles in the proper condition including checking the movement. Making control wiring connection for the ACB. 5.) Connection the main bus bars to the incoming side of the ACB by re-arrangement/ modification / addition of bus bar length in Aluminum construction for retrofitting of ACB. 6.) Testing of ACB for ON-OFF operation first at NO load and then at ON load including operation manual charging system etc. 7.) Dismantling of the old Meters/ Selector Switches, old indicating light / fuse etc. of New ACB after disconnecting the wiring connection Providing and fixing of new Meters selector switches new indicating light including making their connection by wiring by existing or supplying laying and new copper flexible wire as required setting and configuring meter as per CT Ratio.

Cleaning & Incoming & outgoing bus bar complete panel horizontal bus bar Aluminum & insulation with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve /PVC tape throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phase & black for neutral

Cleaning of panel removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism, wiring of under voltage coil, complete cleaning of ACB with making all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling
