The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The specific requirements are as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least X number of projects with a contract value of not less than Rs. yy for each contract of providing manpower services, and also executed at least X number of projects with a supply of xx number of manpower in each contract, in the last N financial years. The years of past experience required for the same/similar service is 3 years, with a minimum average annual financial turnover of 200 Lakh during the last three years. The bidder should have the capability to provide security services with at least 50 personnel in a single contract. The evaluation parameters for the bidder's experience include Experience of providing Security services, Past Experience/Performance of similar services, Manpower Service Capability, and Financial Strength.
