Hiring charges of air compressor BT-2/BT-6 (running pressure 4KG) set for operation of pneumatic air lift machine etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of hire charges of manpower and machinery ,cost of lubricating oil ,fuel charges, other consumables required for running of plant or machinery ,transportation of plant or machinery and all taxes.Hire charges of plant or machinery on per day basis are for single shift of 8 hour .

Deploying the 3D hydraulic excavator /JCB for collecting the malba, waste material of all kinds including malba, building rubbish silt,etc and leveling the ground inclusive of cost of driver, fuel etc. all complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of hire charges of manpower and machinery ,cost of lubricating oil ,fuel charges, other consumables required for running of plant or machinery ,transportation of plant or machinery and all taxes.

Hiring charges for providing poclain having boom length 5 to 8 m with floating bridges as required for cleaning/desilting of water body including drivers, transportation, labour for loading and unloading, putting the poclain in water body and all other miscellaneous requirement for successful commissioning for working water body as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of hire charges of manpower and machinery ,cost of lubricating oil ,fuel charges, other consumables required for running of plant or machinery ,transportation of plant or machinery and all taxes.

Hiring charges for providing of 18' or 20' long aluminum boat with engine having minimum capacity of engine 30 HP for the disposal of malba from the water body to bank of the water body including transportation, labour for loading and unloading, putting the boat in water body, oil and all other miscellaneous requirement for successful commissioning of boat operations as per size of boat in the water body etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of hire charges of manpower and machinery, cost of lubricating oil, fuel charges, other consumables required for running of plant or machinery, transportation of plant or machinery and all taxes. Hire charges of plant or machinery on per day basis are for single shift of 8 hour.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Multiplying GST correction facter @0.973(on Item No. 5&8)= 12,44,275.00

Add 3% cost index Terms and conditions: 1. As this work is time bound & urgent work so if required more than one team shall be mobilsed by the agency in case of urgency/emergency, other than normal working hours within two hours of given instructions by Engineer-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made for this. Failure of which penality of Rs 5000/- shall be imposed on the agency. 2. The agency shall submit before and after GPS enabled photographs/videos of work. Failure of which penalty of Rs 500/- per day will be imposed. 3. The agency should quote the rates accordingly as safe disposal within the municipal limits as per DPCC/NGT guidelines will be the sole responsibility of the agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account by the department. Taking permission of MCD Dhalao/ Dumping site will be the sole responsibility of agency itself. 4. All safety measures/precautions are to be taken while doing the work.all safety equipments shall be provided to the deployed workman In case of any casuality, agency will be sole responsible. There will be no role of DDA in it. 5. During execution of work if any challan is received in this office from NGT, MCD,DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other govt. agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails double the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account. 6. Rate is inclusive of all T&P required for the work and shall be arranged by the contractor itself. No extra payment shall be made on this account. 7. If the agency fails to do the work on the direction of Site Staff or Engineer-in-charge by any communication means i.e by phone, whatsapp or by Site Order Book within 24 hours then the penality of Rs 2000/- shall be imposed for per day delay. In case of any dispute, decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final and binding. 8. In case of any emergency, the agency shall have to deploy his team/Machinery at any location under jurisdiction of DPD-1 as and when directed by Engineer-in-charge. Failure of which penalty of Rs 10,000/- will be imposed and work will be forefited. Decision of Engineer-in-charge will be final and binding.
