Delhi Development Authority Tender

The bidder is required to have completed similar works during the last seven consecutive years. The required experience can be demonstrated by completing one of the following options: - Three completed similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, with a value of at least Rs. 2,11,20,311/-. - Two completed similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One completed similar work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Similar works mean any “CIVIL WORKS”. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited.
