Providing and fixing Wooden benches of size 3m x .45 m using MS hollow pipe of 50 mm x 25 mm and legs of 50 mm x 50 mm square hollow pipe resting on 100 mm x 100 mm MS plate (all MS is primered and enamel paint coated)as base and top of Tabebuia wood of size 19mm x 90/95 mm , the wood is screwed on the MS frame . The wood is coated with 2 coasts of sleeek sleek base all as per design approved by Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. (a) All works upto plinth level :Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin- charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. (A)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete cobble paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Fixing Cylindrical Bollard 200mm (Top Dia) x 200 mm (Bottom Dia) x 950 mm height manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete, reinforced (5 nos lond, 5 nos ring of 8 mm dia TOR steel) using vibro compaction process including necessary excavation and cement concrete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing of mild steel Tree Grating size of 1500x1500 x 40/100 mm (Type 2) to cover Tree Surrounding as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying and arranging of polished landscape stone, more than 30 mm size in required shape & size as per direction of engineer in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

E & M Services Supply and fixing of architectural mono color LED flood light with integral driver & housing made of Die-cast aluminium alloy - ADC12. The luminaire shall have electrostatically applied polyester powder coating finish. The luminaire bracket shall be made of cold-rolled steel & shall be so designed that the luminaire can be tilted to ±90°. The bracket shall have locking mechanism to fix & secure the desired tilt angle. The luminaire shall have silicon gasket between optical cover & LED chamber to ensure proper IP66 protection. The fixture shall have 45° beam angle (±10%) & the lens shall be made of anti-aging & anti UV-PMMA material. The optical cover shall be made of IK06 rated clear tempered glass. The LEDs shall have minimum CRI ≥80 for white light & shall have SDCM≤4. The fixtures shall be installed with have IP67 connectors. The luminaire shall have system wattage not exceeding 50W and system lumen output of not less than 2940 lumens. Fixture shall operating temperature range of -40°C to 50°C. The fixture shall have an integral driver with input voltage for 220-240 VAC, 50/60Hz. The luminaire shall have declared life of 50,000 burning hours at L70 @ 35deg. The luminaire shall have class I insulation. The luminaire shall be compatible with DMX512 controller. The luminaire shall automatically addressable using hand-held addressing device. Supplying and drawing 3 x 1.5 sq mm three core, flexible, round FRLS copper unarmoured, PVC sheathed cable connection etc as required.

Being a artist work agency shall be capable of completing work in time bound manner. 3. In case contractor withdraw the tender or does not complete the work within 30 Days from date of start his entire EMD/PG/SD available with the department will be forfeited and further he will be debarred for two years from DDA.
