Providing and Supplying of Plastic Plates bases of 6 inch dia of good quality as per direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of flowers seedlings of different varieties viz. Chrysanthemum, Dehlia, Petunia, Panzy etc. well grown up in thumb pot as per direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Total quoted amount in words:

Supplying and stacking of cow dung manure at side including royalty and carriage with all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge, the manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment.

The bidders shall quote their rate in GeM inclusive of taxes (including GST).

Supply of Fertilizer Urea with proper packing at site as per direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Complete maintenance of existing garden/landscape features i/c lawns, ground covers, rockeries, flower beds, creepers and climbers, shrubs, topiary works ornamental and flowering trees, fruit trees etc., planters at all the levels of area, planting of annual seedlings, cutting of hedge/edge, display & maintenance of potted plants topdressing by spreading of good earth, manuering, spraying of insecticides, presticides, application of fertilizers, clipping of branches and all self grown trees within the area if required, to the retain sweeping of lawn, disposal of rubbish generated during the whole day working at specified place etc. all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. This includes: (a) Lawn Area : 6001.27 Sqm. (b) Hedge : 196.50 Rmt (c ) Shrubs -322 Nos (d) Display & Maintenance of potted plants : 754 Nos. (e) Maintenance of Tree (Age Beyond 8 years) : 242 Nos.

Note:

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage with all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (The earth measured will be reduced by 20 % for payment)

Supply of Fertilizer DAP with proper packing at site as per direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 1 No. of Mali with required T&P for carrying out horticulture works such as Maintenance of grass, hedge, Shrubs, cement/earthern pots etc at specified locations as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Bidders are required to upload “Item-wise Price Breakup of quoted amount” on GeM portal as per the format provided and no other format is acceptable. In case this condition is found to be violated, bid will be rejected. Bidders to note that this price breakup shall not be a part of L1 evaluation. However, the price breakup document uploaded by the bidder will be considered as part of the contract.
