Providing and filling rubbles soilings including hand packing and filling interstices with quarry spalls behind abutments and between returns as directed. Including rolling etc complete.

Providing and laying PCC cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth

Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere work , using cement content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead up to 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) (Cement level 450 kg )

Providing and fixing in position Fe 500D TMT make TATA, SAIL, JINDAL OR JSW for R.C.C. bored piles as per detailed drawing, including cutting, bending hooking tying and welding complete and including forming the cage and lowering it in position. (up to 10 ton)

Providing fusion bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175 micron thickness and up to 300 micron to reinforcement bars as per IS-13620-1993/ASTM-775 M including testing of coating at plant and all taxes (A) 10mm to 16mm dia bar

PART – C : Providing and Fixing of Foundation/Anchor Bolts in RCC Pedestal at any level including maintaining the accuracy towards line, level & position. Foundation Bolts will be supplied by Vendor including template. Contractor will take due care for its threads and rusting by applying Greece and cotton waste / PVC Cap.

All Structural tower all supporting structure / columns & RC Towers – Structural steel work TATA, SAIL, JINDAL OR JSW in compound girders or stanching built up from two or more RS joints or Pipe section or plates, angle etc welded including cutting and fixing all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, bolts, buts, welding rods etc completed with flange plates, heads, sole plates, angle connections etc with hoisting and erecting required structure fixing or erecting on nut bolts. Structural Engineering in compliance withEN 12572 & EN 15567 and IS standards. All the cables and related accessories also as per IS / BIS / Globally accepted standards (as per engineers instructions). The metal structures to be GI coated as per required 60 micron thickness for coastal areas. All towers and structures should be designed and fabricated as per the site layout and event length. The system shall be safe and verified by the third party as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of HT Bolts round holding down of anchor bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Chequered plate 2 mm thick including transportation completed etc.

Supplying, laying and fixing at any height of 0.5 mm thick Pre-color coated Galvalume sheet accessories as per the properties described in proper position of ridges, corner pieces, apron pieces etc. including cutting, lap, wastage, breakage, butyl sealer, neutral curing silicone rubber sealant, etc. Complete as directed. Measurement shall be on net length.
