Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level

Providing formwork of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 M. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. (G) Columns PillarsPosts and struts, beams, coping (1) Square Rectangular Polygonal in plan.

Providing and filling in foundation & plinth with Rubble filling in layers of 20 cm thickness including watering and consolidating etc.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches. plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth consolidating each disposited layer by ramming and watering.

Masonary work using Aerated light weight concrete block having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/sqcm for super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand ) complete as per Technical Specification

20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar)side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortar 1:4 (1-cement:4-sand)

Applying two coats of Birla (white cement based) or Asian (acrylic lapy- putty) or equivalent & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Providing and laying Ceramic tiles 6mm thick in flooring, skrting, risers of steps and dedo on 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1-cement : 3-coarse sand) and jointed with white cement slurry

Providing Material, Labour and equipments for Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thickjointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : including Khurra & Gola work With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm, etc complete as directed by engineer-incharge. (

Providing and fixing Health Fauset Heavy duty with hook including all necessary fittings etc. complete.. as directed.

Providing and fixing concealed center point to wall ceiling & floor CPVC (SDR 13.5) PIPE having National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) seal for potable water of following dia. nominal bore tube fittings and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor etc. complete.[A] 15 mm.

Providing laying and jointing in true line and level 25mm dia. U.P.V.C. Pipe ( SCH- 40) for cold water including fittings as approved by Engineer In Charge.
