Providing and laying in positions machine mixed plain cement concrete M15 grade (OPC-53) for levelling course below foundation or below pile cap on soil, pproach slab, return wall & U-type retaining wall etc at other places as directed by Engineer-in-charge with graded broken stone agrregate from 6mm to 40 mm including tamping, vibrating, leveling and curing complete with all formwork, dewatering whatever required including all material, labours, plants, machinaries & tools, alll leads and lifts etc. complete as per specification.

Bored cast in situ with Providing and placing with tremie concrete M35 grade in bored hole for piles using 6 mm to 20 mm machine crush well gradded stone aggregate, natural and crushed sand of approved quality, OPC 53 grade cement with contractors own concrete mix design as approved by PWD, including necessary, mixing in fullly automatic batch mixp plant, suitable transport , curing, casting of pile minimum 600 mm above cutoff level, disposal of chipped materials with all leads & lift etc. Complete as per excution drawing & specification or as directed by engineer in charge. including mobilisation, demobilisation, remobilisation, Transportation of required plants and machinaries if required.(pile dia metre 1200 mm dia)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS liner and end stiffner made of 8 mm thick MS plate for design length of cast in situ concrete pile including all operation such as straightening, cutting, bending to shape, full strength weld to make it water tight, welding, fabricating, driving, placing in position, appyling protective coating and bracing required/directed etc complete as per specification. The liner shall be painted with anticorroive treatment consisiting of one coat of zinc-rich epoxy primer and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint. Depth of liner shall be decided by engineer in charge as per site condition depending upon presence of the foundation grde rock

Providing and casting in-situ reinforced cement concrete M35 grade controlled cement concrete in pile cap using 6 mm to 20 mm machine crushed well graded stone aggregate, sand of approved quality, OPC 53 grade cement with contractors own concrete mix design as approved by PWD etc. complete as per specification. The rate is inclusive of all materials, including dewatering necessary, mixing in fully automatic batch mixplant, transport, curing , vibrating, placing in position, shuttering if water level is high then water tight shuttering is required, formworks, deshuttering carefully, making good the damages, fixing embedment, insert, pockets, whatever necessary, with all leads and lift with contractors labours, tools & plants, machinaries as required.

Providing and placing the reinforcement in designed position, fixing, lowering in position bars of Fe500 D grade conforming to IS 1786 for pilecap foundation of all catergories and depth, at all levels. The rates including for supply, loading, unloading, transporting to site by pontoon, barges etc. if required cutting, bending, hooking, placing, tying in position with contractos own black annealed binding wire, welding, forming the cage and lowering it in position in pile bore etc. Welding and supporting in position to ensure lines and levels during concreting, maintainig proper cover/spacing all leads and lifts etc. including contractors own equipment, labours, supervisior, taxes, machinaries etc. complete as per drawing and specifications. 1)The waste cut pieces shall not be included in the paying quanity2)Black ennealed binding wire shall not be included in the paying quantity3) The work shall be done as per execution drawing

The work will include placing in position of necessary fixtures, sleeves for various purpose etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and s directed by the Engineer in Charge. The rate shall lso include preparation of construction joints as per specification and provide approved wire mesh/weld mesh at such location as approved by the Engineer-in-charges or as shown in drawings.

The rate is incluive of all materials, including necessary mixing in fully automatic batch mix plant, transport concrete by barges, pontoon pltforms etc, curing, vibrating, placing in position, scaffolding, staging, shuttering, formwork, deshuttering carefully, making good the damaged, fixing embedment, insert, pockets, whatever necessary, with all lead and lift with contractors labours, tools & plants, machinaries, as required with F3 type exposed concrete finish and form mark. Providing and casting in-situ reinforced cement concrete M35 grade for minimum 75 mm thick wearing coat laid as directed using 6 mm to 20 mm machine crushed well graded stone ggregate, sand of approved quaality, OPC53 grade cement with Contractors own concrete mix design as approved by PWD etc. complete as per specification.

Providing weep holes in RCC abutment and retaining wall with 10 mm dia AC pipe and non-corrodible grating and geotextile, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H etc. complete as per drawing and specifications.

Providing and fixing in position strip seal type expanssion joint (for movement upto 50 mm) as per deatails drawing MORTH specification 2600. The rate is inclusive of supplying, fixing with contractors own materials, equipment, machinaries, labour, transport, testing, bolts, socket tubes, neoprene sheet/cap etc complete. The rate is finished item complete and will be paid after fixing in all respect. The conctractor shall procure strip seal expansion joints, conforming to relevent MORTH specification from M/s. SAnifield (india)/METCO/Tricon or from reputed manufactures of strip seal expansion joints with prior approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 400 wide Tar paper below solid slab & 20 mm thick 950mm high compressible fiber board for 20 mm expansion gap for solid slb portion in approach portion from approved manufacture only as per drawing & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabricating, supply and erecting in position structural steel for railling work in single section, fixed with concreting plate, including welding, cutting, wastage, hoisting, fixing in position etc complete. The rate is inclusive of welding rod, supply & fixing of correct size nut, bolts, washers, paints with all contractors materials, labour, tools & plants, in bolted/welded construction as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Anticorrosive paint must be appliedf before appyling any paint. The rate shall inclusive of providing and appying epoxy coting of approved shade, brand and manufacture on new structural steel work with one coat of 30 micron (DFT) of Epilux x 4 zinc rich primer of berger paint india ltd or equivalent as primer and two coat each of 35 micron (DFT) of Epilux x 84 high gloss CR enamel of berger paint indiaa ltd. or equivlent at all levels. (total DFT is 30+35+35+=100 micron)1)The waste cut pieces shall not be included in the paying quanity2) The work shall be done as per drawing and specification3) The work shll be crried out as per IS:800, I:816

Providing fabricating and fixing in position GI drainage spout arrangement having 100 mm dia pipe B class with necessary bend, fixing to GI chamber, GI grating, providing and appyling one coat of primer & two coat of anticorrosive paints, etc. complete as per drawing and specifications.

Providing and applying Epoxy coating of approved shade, brand and manufacture on new concrete work with one coat of 20 micron (DFT) of Epiux 4 clear lacquer of berger paint india ltd/Asian paint (I) ltd. Or equivalent as primer and two coat ech of 35 micron (DFT) of Epiu x 84 High gloss CR enamel of berger paint india ltd/Asian paint (I) ltd. Or equivalent at all levels with all leads and lifts etc complete. (TOTAL DFT is 20+35+35+90 microns)

Earth work for embankment for subgrade with CBR 7 % including breking clods, dressing with all leads and lifts including watering, rolling and consolidation of subgrade in layers at OMC to required dry density, including filling the depressing which occurs during the process using power roller of 8 tonne to 10 tonne all as per specification

Providing anti-corosive treatment to TMT reinforcement with fusion bonded epoxy coating (FBEC)

Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH clause 401) - Grading II 1st & 2nd Layer

Providing and Laying Wet mix macdum (WMM) using machine crushed black trap agrregate of 40 to 50 mm size in the materiaal with water OMC in mechanically mix (pug mill) carrige of mix materials by contrctors own tipper to site of work.

Providing and fixing cat-eye.pavement marker (MMC vial less) made out of acrylic-styrene-acrylonitrile or hi-impact polystyrene fitted with molded of methacrylate (MMC) reflector cube corner reflector design, filled with tightly adhering potting compound as per ASTMD 788 size 8 cm x 8 cm x 1.5 cm provided with bituminious adhesive in sufficient quantity with each unit for fixing no nail should be allowed for fixing reflectors on both sides minimum reflective area 12.9 Sq.cm on each face. Compressive strength 13 tonnes at 230 C temperature B) Double side lenses

Manufacturing, suppyling and fixing retro reflective sign boards mde up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, fce to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type -IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingul), symbols and boarders etc. As per IRC : 67:2001 fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of MS angle iron size 25 x 25 x3 mm along with theft resistant measured, mounted and fixed with 2 nos MS angle iron size 35 x 35 x5 mm to verticle post made up to MS tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with baase plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flate, providinbg and fixing MS messge plate of required size , steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand. Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including approprite priming coat including all and lift etc. Complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying & fixing jumbo bollard sign L-type made out of 1.5 mm CRC sheet of 155 cms heigth. Bottom diametre 30 cms. Top diametre 18 cms Fabricated, pretreated with phospheting process painted with epoxy coating, reflectorised with sheetings, specified by MOST latest specifications etc. complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
