Supplying & erecting earth pit of minimum bore dia.150mm size approved make Earthing Electrode consisting Pipe-in-Pipe Technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free hot dipped G.I. Pipes having Outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 Micron galvanising, Inner pipe dia of 25 mm having 200-250 Micron galvanising, connection terminal dia of 12mm with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for following type of applications with chamber and heavy duty cover.(approved make OEM has to submit test certificate) & having back filling compound of (B) Inner chemical (CCM Compound)- Resistivity:- 0.2 / meter testing as per IEC 62561-2017, Voltage drop:- 1 volt at no load & dry form, Sulphar content:- 2%(C) Back fill Compound :- Earthing compound should be capable to retain moisture for long time For Electrical installation up to 11 KV in normal soil. Length of Pipe : 2.00 mtrs. Back filling Compound :1 no. Bag of 25 Kg. Necessary test report must be submitted.

Disconnecting the cable connection and Providing straight joint with PVC mould using heat shrink /cast resin type epoxy compound Insulating material and making the joint complete using necessary in line connectors, hardener, earth continuity connection, spacers etc. and reconnecting the same & ensure the joint resistance within the limits as per IS. up to 25 Sq mm Cable

Disconnecting the cable connection and Providing straight joint with PVC mould using heat shrink /cast resin type epoxy compound Insulating material and making the joint complete using necessary in line connectors, hardener, earth continuity connection, spacers etc. and reconnecting the same & ensure the joint resistance within the limits as per IS. 35 to 95 Sq. mm cable.

SITC of MS Angle Panel having size L-7’x H-4’x D-14”, frame with water proof plywood 18/19 mm thick, Ac Cement Sheet 6mm thick, including necessary material, labour charges, Transportation, Loading, Unloading, GST etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
