Cable tray dismantling, re-fixing work (work including removing the trays and cables from existing railing, re fitting of trays and cables with all necessary materials like champs, nuts and bolts, earthling patti, etc..) Removing and Re Connection of electrical and instrumentation Cable works at pumps, Motors, blowers, screens, centrifuge, filter press, instrumentation, Electrical Poles, Decanters, Diffusers etc complete as directed by engineering in charge.

Removal of existing Chequered tiled of stone floors laid in mortar, restoration to original position, for preparatory work for fixing new tiles as well as for providing new railing etc. including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.

Providing and laying Anti skid chequered tiles 8 mm thick in floors on 25mm thick bed of Lime mortar 1:1.5 (1-Lime putty : 1.5 coarse sand) or C.M. 1:6 (1 -cement :6 - coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete as per the approve shade and colour of Light / Dark shades using white cement as directed by Engineer in Charge.

20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand)etc. complete.

Electric Work

SITC of 8 mtr Chatsworth Pole having Cast iron Decorative base and pipe dia of 165mm OD & 1 mtr. long with decorative cast iron reducer jointing with 89 mm OD Straight Pipe with Ornamental Cast Iron Pipe. Pole shall be mounted on square base plate 280*280*14 mm thickness suitable for mounting on 4 nos. foundation bolts, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Decorative single Arm Cascade bracket with 940 mm height mounted on Pole. Decorative single arm bracket of 1 mt single side as per EN 40 standard, hot deep galvanized as per EN-40 standard, hot dip galvanized as per ASTM A123, with minimum average G.I. Coating of 65 micron. PU painted with DFT of 70 micron using with high quality paint and primer. Bracket weight should not be lesser than 14 kg and bracket is painted with high quality Marine grade paint, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Decorative Fixture 75W Mounting on 8 mtr height with 0-degree inclination presented with road lightening design report and IES file of the luminaire system life of 50000 burning hours with 70% of initial lumens maintained. Luminaire is suitable for operating temperature (Ta) from -20 to 50c. Driver can withstand 320 Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 320V AC for 2hours. Watt: 75W. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of EN-grade foundation bolt M20 x 600mm long. (4 Nos.) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing Old pole and erecting new decorative pole as directed by engineer in charge

Gardening Work

Planting saplings of plants/ trees ( Exotic plants ) in the proper beds as prepared, and maintaining the same for Two months by involving all the operations like multing, de-weeding, hoeing, forking, watering and application of chemical fertilizer, insecticides/ pesticides etc. for the following trees/ plants (the pit shall be filled with fresh soil and manure, i.e as stacked at site,Digging holes in ordinary soil and carting away the excavated earth and refilling the holes with the fresh soil mixed with manure or in the ratio of 2 : 1 by volume the excavated earth shall be placed within premises at required place, rolling, levelling, watering and compaction etc. in required gradient complete as directed.Holes 300 mm dia and 600mm deep Big Trees (The height of plant shall be considered as 2'-3’girth size 8mm-12mm). Planting saplings of Medium Shrubs in the proper beds as prepared, and maintaining the same for Two months by involving all the operations like multing, de-weeding, hoeing, forking, watering and application of chemical fertilizer, insecticides/ pesticides etc. for the following trees/ plants Murrayya exotica, Nerium oleander peach dwarf, Stachytarpheta indica, Crinum asiaticum, Canna gernalis red, Canna malawiensis variegate, Hamelia patens, Acalypha wilkesiana, Eranthemum tricolor, Allamanda schotti compacta, Jasminum sambac, Jasminium nitidum, Justicia adhatoda, Raphis excels, Bougainvillea spectabilis h. c. buck, Stachytarpheta mutabilis Etc or suggested by architect .

Planting saplings of Small Shrubs in the proper beds as prepared, and maintaining the same for Two months by involving all the operations like multing, de-weeding, hoeing, forking, watering and application of chemical fertilizer, insecticides/ pesticides etc. for the following trees/ plants Angelonia angustifolia dwarf, Angelonia angustifolia archangel, Hymenocallis littoralis, Tabernaemontana coronaria nana, Coleus blumei hybrids Etc or suggested by architect .

Planting saplings of Ground Covers in the proper beds as prepared, and maintaining the same for Two months by involving all the operations like multing, de-weeding, hoeing, forking, watering and application of chemical fertilizer, insecticides/ pesticides etc. for the following trees/ plants Waddleya trilobata, Pandanus pygmaeus, Jacquemontia violacea, Ipomoea batatas black ace, Ipomoea batatas chartreuse, Asparagus densiflorus compacta, Cyperus alternifolius Etc or suggested by architect .

Planting saplings of carpet Lawn Covers in the proper beds as prepared, and maintaining the same for Two months by involving all the operations like multing, de-weeding, hoeing, forking, watering and application of chemical fertilizer, insecticides/ pesticides etc.
