Providing material and labour for 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete

Applying two coats of putty & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Providing material and labour for Distempeing (Two coats) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on wall surfaces to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Providing material and labour for applying "Apex Ultima" exterior acrylic paint on New / Old surface of requirred shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and finishing smooth sand papering etc. Applying two coats of "Apex Ultima" paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter to make the surface smooth and one coat of exterior primer of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing material and labour for Painting Two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including scraping, cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing material and labour for 24" x 24" vitrified 8 mm thick tile flooring over 20mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material including dismentaling of existing flooring and jointed with color cement slurry including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for antiskit
