The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar category products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a certain number of financial years. 2. Past Performance: The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: * 10% of bid quantity for past performance * 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively No specific technical certification is required by the bidder to participate in this tender, however, the bidder needs to meet the quality and technical specifications. The bidder must have supplied same or similar Category Products in the past and must be the manufacturer/OEM of the offered product. Additionally, for MSEs to avail purchase preference, the bidder must have valid Udyam Registration and its credentials must be validated online through Udyam Registration portal.
