Providing and placing cast in-situ, cement concrete M-20 with graded metal of maximum size of 20mm for R.C.C. work with graded metal of maximum size of 20 mm (excluding cost of reinforcement) including form work, mechanical mixing, laying, vibrating, curing, cleaning and finishing etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete with graded metal of maximum size 20 mm for coping over walls and/ or concrete blocks in drainage bed, laid in alternate panels of 1.5m, including form work, tamping, vibration, finishing, curing, cleaning etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, Jointing & field testing of PN 6 (6 kg/sqcm) High Density Polyethylene pipes, (HDPE) confirming to IS: 4984/ 14151/ 12786/ 13488 with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector or jointing pipes by heating to the ends of pipes with the help of Teflon coated electric mirror or heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other, to form a monolithic & leak proof joint by thermosetting process it may be required to be done with Jacks/ hydraulic jacks/ by fusion machine (50 mm and above fusion jointed and below 50 mm mechanical jointed) including running and maintenance of this system for 5 years etc. complete including all lead, all lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 7.50 HP 7.50 KW Solar Pump set with foundation frame connection of suction, delivery pipe with required capacity of solar panel and its all component duly connected with control panel, operating panel with the backup power system for 24 hours arrangement, fencing of premise including maintenance of whole solar system, solar pump set for 5 years etc. complete including all lead, all lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2 mm thick ready mix exterior grade putty (Birla wall care, Ultra tech Superfine W/R of (NCL), J.K. wall putty) on walls to make the surface smooth and even etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing in the position Reinforced Concrete, Medium duty, Non-pressure Pipes, Class NP3, with ends of the pipes suitable for flush joints conforming to IS: 458/2003 (Fourth Revision) with Amendments 1. Nominal Diameter of Pipes in mm. 900 mm, RCCHPF80001057 including Hume Pipe for canal structures including handling, toeing, filling the joints with filler materials and cement mortar 1:3 curing etc. complete including all lead, all lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 1 m high pipe railing with 3 rows of 40 mm G.I. pipes and R.S.J. posts (ISLB-75@6.1kg/m) as per approved drawing No. T/SH/9-A (E-in-C, P.W.D.) including 3 coats of painting etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 12 mm thick pre moulded fillers non extruding and resilient type (bitumen impregnated fiber, I.S.1838-1961), in expansion joints including cleaning of surface etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with graded metal of maximum size 20 mm including vibration, finishing, curing, handling and hoisting etc. complete including cost of form work and reinforcement etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in all types of soil i.e. soft soil, ordinary soil, hard soil including wet excavation shoring & shuttering, dewatering and pumping of the working area including all connected oprations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operation required for maintaing cleanliness for construction work including disposal of excavated useful material formation for protection bund and surplus unusefule material to excavated materials at requaired place etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in all type of rock (other then hard rock) i.e. soft rock and disintegrated rock including wet excavation removal of slush, dewatering and pumping of the working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, disposal of excavated material to specified spoil bank etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs Iommi long, with steel lugs, embedded in cement concrete blocks 1 xl 5x10cm of 1 :3:6 with 20mm graded metal or with wooden plugs and screws or Rawal plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make complete including Applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. excluding the cost of metal beading and other fittings except necessary hinges or pivots as required etc. complete including all lead, all lifts and cost of all materials as per design, drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Design and construction of underground pipe distribution network for hose Irrigation system for 300 Ha to outlet to 1 ha. (including Cost Rs./ha of SCADA, valves, bends, manifolds, controls, Outlet Management System, Outlet with manual valve at one hectare with 10 times duty i/c communications), excluding rising main but with pressurized irrigation with duty of 0.45 Lit/sec/ha and of working/ operation pressure not exceeding 4 kg/cm2 with the provisions of HDPE/DWC/SPIRAL DWC/ MS/DI pipe conforming to BIS codes and relevant. International specification for pipes 63 mm to 900 mm diameter, Pipes of MS/DI conforming to relevant BIS codes for pipe dia greater than 900 mm. MS pipes shall be with 400 micron food grade epoxy/500 micron polyurethane for inner surface and shotcrete/3 LPE/1000 micron polyurethane coating on outer surface. Dl pipes shall be with cement mortar lining with seal coat for inner surface and zinc coating on outer surface The rates are inclusive of All works like excavation, preparation of bedding, laying, joining, backfilling testing and commissioning and testing of the system as per specifications and coded requirements, crossing of all natural drainage, nallas as per requirement of work complete. Providing and fixing all required valves, bends, manifolds, controls etc conforming to related SIS/European standards and including Supply, Erection and Commissioning, testing of Outlet Management System with outlet duty of 0.45 lit/sec/ha up to minimum 30 ha which should be able to control the flow as per desired minimum pressure of 1.5 meter exit gradient at service outlet which shall consist of orifice type of nozzle able to deliver desired flow of 4.5 lit/sec/ha at highest point of field facilitating uniform distribution of Water to all the users irrespective of its location, elevation and distance from the water supply source including recording, measuring, monitoring and control with suitable power source and alternatively by solar power with three days back up capacity with no recurring cost for Communication with GSM/GPRS/RADIO etc. System should be kept in Protective Enclosure capable of giving vandalism alert and shall be SCADA compliant to the main control room operations including of all material, labour, lead, lift and all incidental charges. (This item shall be used for estimation purpose at DPR stage only. For estimation purpose the CCA in consideration has been suitably sub-divided in 4800 ha boundaries beyond rising/gravity) mains. U/s & D/s floor and piers, abutments returns/wings etc. including form work, providing V-shape false joints to form suitable panels in exposed faces to approved design, cleaning washingh of material, machanical mixing handling, ramming, machanical vibration, laying, finishing proper curing, dewatering and pumping of the working area including all connected operation of laying of pipe line removal of seepage and other operation required for mainting cleanliness for construction work etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 76.50 cm high H type 1:2:4 RCC railing with graded metal of maximum size 12.50 mm over kerbs consisting of 74.50x28x6.50 cm precast panels 15x11 cm precast hand rails, 81.50x20x20 cm pillars as per approved drawing including vibration, finishing, curing, handling and hoisting etc. complete including cost of form work and reinforcement etc. complete including all lead, lifts and cost of all materials as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Design / Drawing, fabrication, supply and erection of structural steel vertical lift crest gate, as per IS:4622 with skin plate stiffeners, ballast weight guides, embedded parts, sill beam, fitted with stainless steel flat, track beam and sealing frame fitted with stainless steel flat, roller, rubber seals, etc. complete with hoist bridge and duly painted gates and all other parts of gate arrangements, exposed embedded parts and all un-machined ferrous surfaces, exposed to water, as per IS 14177-94, for which surface preparation by blast cleaning of Class “B”, primer coat (one coat) of inorganic Zinc silicate (preferable airless spray) or alternatively, two coats of zinc rich primer (containing not less than 85% zinc on dry film), to give dry film thickness of 70 ± 5 microns and finish coat (two coats) of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint, using airless spray, to provide dry film thickness of 150 ± 5 microns per coat thus, total dry film thickness of all the coats, including primer coating, should not be less than 350 microns.
