Work Terms & Conditions :- 1. IBR Approved Contractor 2. IBR Approved Welder 3. All pressure parts T.C. will be submitted to CIB 4. All Inspection will be the scope of IBR contractor 5. Only factory will deposit statary fees of Inspection 6.Boarding & lodging will be in the scope of contractor 7. Convenance to working team & boarding & lodging in the scope of contractor 8. work as per factory act. 9. Insurance of workers. 10. Contracter will be responsible for any accident to their workers. 11. Electricity charges for fabrication job will be done by factory. 12. O2 gas & LPG gas as regd. for Fabrication work will be given by factory on chargeable basis with one week prior in timitation. 13. All radiography Boiler Inspector Ground Inspection & HT in the scope of contractor & Approval of Chief Inspector of boilrs Raipur will be Under Contrator Scope. 14. All approval of IBR will be in the scope of contractor. 15. Regd. In G.S.T. 16. Income Tax Certificate needed. 17. Two Perforemance Certifcates of Boiler Manufacture/Reparing work.for recent 2 years. 18. Work deflection as per Schedule will be chargable. 19. Advance etc. will be finalise at the time final discussion before order. 20. All dismentling Tubes etc. fitting of tubes expansion and hydraulic testing in the scope of contractor. 21. Period of work -60 Days. Payment Terms & Conditions :- Mutual discussion at the time of finalization of work order

E.S. P. Installed in Boiler Flue Path, to be checked & rectified. Its dust Strikes Plates needs replacement, Outer Ducting to be repaired, electric connection to be rectified. Boiler Cap. – 70 T.P.H.+35 T.P.H. = 105 T.P.H. flue Gas temp. - 80°C to 100°C Terms & Conditions :- 1. All men power, T&P & consumables will be arranged by contractor. 2. However all consumables will be provided by the company free of cost. 3. 100% Payment will be done in 15 days after completion of work. 4. Period of work - 40 days from W.O. issue 5. All Required Spare Parts on Scope of Contractor.
