XLPE INSULATED UN-ARMOURED CABLES (ON SURFACE): Supply, laying and erection of aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Un-armoured and served cable 1100 volts grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1)1988 to be laid (On Surface) as per PWD General Specifications:-

ON LOAD CHANGEOVER SWITCH: ON LOAD CHANGEOVER SWITCH (Without Sheet Enclosure): Supply and erection of On Load Change over Switch with advance neutral UNIT (Panel mounting Cubical type) in the existing Cubical Panel Confirms to IS 13947 (Part-3) complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts & Connections on both sides of switch with suitable size of thimbles as per PWD General Specifications:-

PVC INSULATED PVC SHEATHED FR ROUND FLEXIBLE COPPER CONDUCTOR CABLE: Supply and erection of XLPE/ PVC insulated PVC sheathed (10 core) unarmoured copper conductor cable (ISI marked) confirm to IS:7098 (PART-I), 1988 loose in the existing trench or pipe with suitable size of copper thimbles/ lugs complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer-in-charge:-

Earthing with 25mm x 5mm Copper Tape (upto 8Metre in Length)

COPPER EARTHING (Upto 8 metre in Length): Earthing with electrolytic Copper Tape rivetted (with 5Nos. copper rivets)/Steel Nut & bolts (with 4Nos. 32mm long, 8mm thick with washer and double nut) to 30cm x 120cm x 2mm thick copper plate (made cylindrical) burried 4.50 metre (14.76 feet) below ground level in the hole of excavation having bore dia. 125mm and surrounded by salt & charcoal dust mixture (20 kg.) including fixing the Copper Tape recessed in wall and in floor etc., up to 8metre in Length (including bore Length). G.I. pipe 20mm dia. (A-class), 3metre long should be laid in the hole of excavation 1 feet below ground level and having GI Reducer 50mm x 20mm with PVC Cap (For pouring water) fixed on the top level of the pipe. 300mm x 300mm x 300mm deep haudi of First class bricks finished with 1:4 cement plaster and haudi covered with cast iron lid having size 300mm x 300mm (Heavy) around the hole of excavation:-

SITC of 125 KVA Silent DG set comprising Engine Developing Minimum 154- 161.6 BHP @ NTP, 1500.00 RPM, Coupled to 125 KVA 3 phase 415 V, 50 Hz alternator mounted and aligned on a common base frame along with other accessories i.e. Fuel Tank 250-280Ltr, , Residential/Hospital Exhaust Silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, acoustic enclosure with AMF panel, laying foundation (13*5 feet) and first filling of 250 Ltr. Diesel inclusive having 2 years/5 hours warranty. 2 nos. 12 Volts battery leads. 1st fill of Lube Oil and all above housed in sound poof Acoustic Enclosure. CPCB IV NORMS COMPLIANCE DIESEL ENGINE:- Engine having 4 cylinder, inline 4 stroke cycle, Water COOLED, developing 154-161.6 BHP at 1500.00 RPM under conditions of ISO 8528, ISO 8528-1 or ISO8528-5 G2. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output of 125 KVA/100 kW at 0.8 power factor, 415 Volts at the alternator terminal. Alternator: Alternator should be designed as Per IS/IEC 60034-1. A alternator, 3 phase, 415V, 0.8 PF, Brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self-excited, self – regulated through as AVR. The alternator has the following features: - H class insulation +- 0.5-1% voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions IP: 23 protections with insulation class H –Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation. C. CONTROL PANEL: The Control Panel is manufactured with 16/18 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather-proof and long lasting finish. The Control Panel consists of Microprocessor based Generator Set Monitoring, Metering, Control system with LCD Display, MCCB of suitable rating. Switch Push Button (starter), LED: Battery Charging alternator fail indication, current Transformer, Instrument fuses. The microprocessor electronic controller displays the following parameter: Voltage, Frequency, Current, RPM, Cumulative Run Hours Oil Pressure, Coolant Temperature & amp; Charging Current (DC amp meter) The microprocessor electronic controller provides the following safety to the engine Under & Over Voltage, Under Speed Overload, Low Lube Oil Pressure, High Coolant Temperature & amp; Emergency Off Easy of information: QR enabled Genset Superior Looks: New attractive colour scheme AMF as standard design: Auto Start Auto Stop Remote Monitoring System Complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge of work at site
