Free standing stainless steel Single Bay Automatic Scrub Station General features & specification Construction: The super structure is constructed of 304 Grade stainless steel sheets & square tubes. The design of the trough ensures that water does not stagnate or stay on the lower end of the trough while the station is not in use. Front door/s are provided for maintenance and cleaning. Manual "Hot/Cold water " Mixer is also provided & can be attached to the Geyser. Operation: The flow of water without opening or closing any tap. It is operated on sensors conveniently placed in front of the scrubbing person. A small container for either liquid soap or any disinfectant is within the station. This is operated by a small Knee switch, the liquid flows into the surgeon's hand on "pressing" the Knee Switch Membrane. Switches for safety: For safety all the controls- Main ON/OFF, Sensor ON/OFF, Jet ON/OFF, Knee switch for 'Liquid dispensing ' are through soft membrane switch, which are mounted on the unit. The membrane switches ensure that there is no ingress of water in the system (Inside the unit) (2) Emergency Backup facilities: In case of sensor failure, 2 Power operated ' Foot Switches' are provided for water, further stand by conventional foot operated taps are also provided through which the water can be operated in case of power /equipment failure "JET FLOW". Facility: An additional high speed "JET FLOW" is also provided for washing of rigid and flexible endoscope instruments, tubes etc. PLUMBING: The unit is compatible with all the regular and standard plumbing.
