The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works with a certain value and percentage. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The qualifying work criteria include: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 81.03 Lakhs or above. - OR, two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 101.29 Lakhs or above. - OR, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 162.06 Lakhs or above. Additionally, at least one similar work of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 81.03 Lakhs or above, should have been successfully completed with a Central Government Department, State Government Department, or other specified authorities. The estimated cost is Rs. 202.57 Lakhs. The percentages mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost. The value of executed similar work(s) for the original job work order/CA period should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of the work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
