Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing and Fixing chicken mesh on RCC beams, facias etc. wherever required with wooden gutties, nails and screws including drilling holes etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

The rate includes the cost of S.S necessary Fitting including spirit polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, incluuding Stainless Steel fittings and french spirit polish, complete fixed in position and in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges, S.S. Tower bolts 4", S.S. handles 2 nos. I-hook and two coats of Spirit Polish after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Providing plaster of paris (minimum 8mm thick) punning over walls with after scraping old white wash / distemper from the existing surface including chipping of surface and cost of scaffolding etc. to prepare smooth and even surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) and finished neat: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Dismantling of existing cement concrete pavers & stacking the same at site carefully and disposal to the dumping ground complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting granular sub base material 200mm thick compacted of natural sand, morrum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof as per MORT&H specification confirming to clause 401 coarse graded grading – 3 as per table 400.1 of MORT&H specification (5th revision), including spreading on the prepared sub grade with the help of tractor with planner of adequate capacity maintaining the requited slope and grade during operation, rolling with road roller 8-10 tone with the grade and cross fall (camber) to be checked and any high spot or depressing which becomes apparent, corrected by removing or adding fresh material, including cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barrier, lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar and maintenance of diversion etc. complete in all respect as per MORT&H specifications, density of GSB as laid 2 gms/cc complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 25mm average thick screened coarse sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing main entry gate 5'-11" high (paint finish) consisting of shesham wood battens of size 5'-11"x 6" x 3/4" vertically, including making grooves for interlocking, with the help of M.S. nuts and bolts including paintinng two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wooden primer, on the existing M.S. frame completely fixed in position in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof of Sheet Iron/ fiber/ PVC etc complete in all respect and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
