COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE

1..Scope of work for Comprehensive Maintenance of Gas Plant. During the contract period, the agency will do the service of following equipments & other work for service outlet Points for Govt. Hospital, Sector-22 Chandigarh. 2. Annual Maintenance & Service of outlet points (Approximate 200 points) throw out the year's of contract including all consumables complete in all respect. 3.Comprehensive minor Maintenance of Gas Plant equipments installed in medical gas plant which include the repair of broken medical gas pipe line service of control panel, painting, shaddeling welding rerouting of medical gas pipeline if required, attending complaint regular check liquid , gas line making report of daily basis, regular check of pipe line system throw out the hospital (24X7) even holidays controlling the supply of oxygen, nitrous cylinder as per the demand of different ward of hospital service of control panel maintaining the record of gas plant checking. Making the report's of consumption of liquid daily basis and maintaining the same throw out the year cleaning of the plant and other machinery and daily basis. checking of all the O.T's in the hospital once in a week for the proper functioning of medical gas pipeline outlet point, isolation valve, area alarm, bed head panel or any other equipment install by the engineer department and making the report of the same. 4. Oxygen/N2O manifold:- 03 Nos The agency will service the system as per requirement/recommendation of manufacturer along with replacement of spares like Diaphragms of control panels, Inlet filters, once in one year. (Total = 2 Services x 3 Systems) 5.Electrical panel: 01 Nos The agency will service the system as per requirement/recommendation of manufacturer along with replacement of defective MCB,Starters,wiring,Fuse during the contract period (rewinding of electrical motors is not covered under the contract and will be paid extra on seprate work order) (Total = 2 Services x 1 System) 6.Maintaning the record of above said mentioned work in different related register on routine basis as desired by EIC. 7. Repairing & Servicing of Bed Head Panels with their accessories.

Repair and Comprehensive Machinary installed in Medical Gas Plant for Govt. Hospital, Sector-22 Chandigarh consisting of following equipments.

a) Compressed air system : Consisting of 2 Nos. Air Compressors Oil free and 02 Nos. Air Drier i) Repair & Maintenance of 02 Nos. Air Compressor (Make Atlas Copco) ii) Repair & Maintenance of 02 Nos Air Drier (Make Trident) Note: Maintenance & Service includes i) Air Compressor:- The Company will responsible for maintenance of Compressor & service twice in a year. (After every 6 Months) ii) Air Drier:- The Company will responsible for maintenance of Drier & service twice in a year. (After every 6 Months) (Total = 1 Compressed Air System (2 Air Compressed System + 2 Air Drier) x 2 Service (Six monthly) = 2 Job) Note: Maintenance & Service including the replacement of minor parts related to servicing of compressors and Air Driers and all consumable like Oil, seal, filter, lubricant oil topup when required in a year

b) Vacuum Pump system consisting of Vacuum pump Ingersoll rand Make Model 15V: 02 Nos Note: 1 Service of each machinery is mandatory in a year including the replacement of minor part if required. The agency will service the system as per requirement/recommendation of manufacturer along with replacement of spares like Piston Ring set ,Gasket set, Valve assay, Bushing crank pin ,Oil seal ,lubricant oil twice in a year and top up the oil as and when required. Repair of starter, electrical cable / thimbles, maintenance of air receiver tank, auto drain valve, pressure gauge attach pipe line, isolation valves, pressure regulator, NRV etc. to entire satisfaction of EIC. 2 Service (Six monthly) x 1 System = 02 Job i.e (1 System = 02 vacuum Pump)

c) DG set:- 01 No (One Service Per Year Mandatory) The agency will service the system as per requirement/recommendation of manufacturer along with replacement of spares like Air Filter, Oil filter, once in a year and Lub Oil twice a year along with monthly diesel 10 lit per DG set. (Total = 1 Service x 1 Systems) ( 01 System = 01 no. DG Set)

Overhauling of Machinery/ Preventive Maintenance

Cost of Overhauling of Compressors, Vaccum Pumps & other sudden breakdown in the system for the Year 2025-2026 in Civil Hospital, Sector-22, Chandigarh including consumable as hardware as per OEM Standards. The agency will service the system as per requirement/recommendation of manufacturer along with replacement of spares like Piston Ringset LP/HP, NRV Kit, Valve Packing set LP/HP, Grase Kit 02 Nos. one for crank case and one for ringset, Intake filter and crankcase filter, Lubricant oil once in a Year and top up the oil as and when required. Repair of electrical motors, repair of starter, electrical cable/ thimbles, maintenance of air receiver tank, auto drain valve, pressure regulator, NRV etc. as and when required to entire satisfaction of EIC. (Repair of electrical motor if required will be paid extra). The Service should be done as per OEM standard.
