Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast polished / designer cement concrete paver blocks ( Manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process ) having wearing layer of 6mm to 8mm thick with Cement and fine aggregate / marble powder mix ratio 3:1 under layer consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-30 Including best quality of colour and hardening agent. The interlocking paver should be cured and finished to precast concrete block as per B.S:6712-1993 a paver shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS:1237-1980 laid in required colour and pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Preparation of Sub-Grade at cutting portion. Loosening of the ground upto a level of 150mm below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Table 300-2 for sub grade construction all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S. item.

Providing and Fixing manufactured precast concrete Kerb of size 300 x 300 mm having 100 mm thickness duly vibrated mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C 1: 2 : 4 duly cured and finished. The rate further include filling of joints between Kerb with cement morter 1 : 2 Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S. item.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting granular sub base material 150 mm thick compacted of nature sand, morrum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof as per MORTH & H specification conforming to clause 401 coarse grade grading - 1 as per table 400.2 of MORHT & H spec factions, including spreading on the prepared Sub Grade with the help of motor Grade or adequate capacity maintain the requited slope and grade during operation, rolling with road roller 8 - 10 tone wthe the grade and cross fall (Camber) to be checked and any high spot or depressing which become apparent corrected by removing or adding fresh material, including cost of tool and plant, carriage of material from stack, templates, barries, lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar and maintenance of diversion etc. Complete in all respect as per MORT & H Specifications density of GSB as laid 2 gms/cc complete in all respect in all the respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.
