Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (As per DSR 8.31)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. (As per DSR 9.48.2)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.1.2)

The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge. Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete l:11/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
