DSR item No.5.16 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

S/E of High-Power LED Flood light luminaries with PC diffused lens enclosure over LED. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.6)

S/E of LED Bulk Head Luminaries weather proof frosted light with PMMA / PC reflector and silicon gasket to be installed on surface. The LED fitting should have minimum system Lumen output minimum 1000 Lumen and the driver of the fitting should be workable on 140-260 Volt. The colour temperature of LED should be minimum 5000 degree Kelvin. The LED Bulk Head fitting should be of Bajaj/ Phillips/ Wipro/ Jaquar/ Havells/Crompton/ Lighting Technologies / Trilux / Panasonic make only. The fitting should be of IP-65/66. The LED should have a life of 50000 burning Hours. The fitting should have THD10% and power factor 0.9 or above. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning and making connection with copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid in existing Trench/Ducts/Cable Tray/ RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ DWC pipe / on surface with the help of MS clamps of suitable size/ as required at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The job includes labour charges of laying the cable and making connections with suitable size aluminum lugs/thimbles etc. The cable shall be of Polycab / Havells / RR Kabel/ KEI/ Finolex make only.

S/E of GI pipe bracket of 32mm dia welded with nipple for erection of existing street light fittings to be installed on wall with suitable size of rag bolts and MS clamps made out of 25mmx5mm thick MS flat with all labour and material. The bracket shall be made by GI pipe of 32mm dia (Medium Class) 3’ long with an angle of inclination 105 degree as required. The job includes the cost of petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

S/E of LED street light fittings luminaries of Philips / Bajaj / Wipro/ Surya/ Crompton/ Havells/ Panasonic/ Jaquar /Lighting Technologies/ Trilux make only. The fitting should be installed on existing pole upto 16 Mtr. Long with the help of hydraulic ladder / Crain with bucket which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.7)

S/E of steel pole made out of galvanized mild steel tubes having 114 mm dia at bottom and 60/75 mm dia at top with cast aluminium. Embellishments. The poles are primer coated and painted with polyurethane paint of 4 Mtr. Height of Twinkle make LUXMAX-SP-114-401-Q2/ K-Lite KP 4787 or its equivalent make HOMDEC/ Valmont only. The cost including the cost of foundation with ratio cement, sand, bajri mixture 1:2:4 with iron bar and foundation shall be provided with 4 Nos. ‘L’ type nuts/ bolts made out of 16 mm dia M.S. rod having threads upto whole length, the total length of the bolt will be 500 mm including ‘L’ shape. The cost including nuts and washer etc. The foundation shall be laid as per the drawing attached to complete the job. The foundation will be provided with 2 Nos. DWC pipe 50 mm for outgoing & incoming cables. The total length of the pipe will be at least 1 Mtr each. The foundation will be constructed upto plinth level & finished at same level. The job including carriage charges of material & completion the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

S/E of LED box type fittings made of CRCA Sheet with 1 No. LED tube rod. The fittings should be installed on surface with the help of rawl plug and screws etc. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.9)

S/E of Electronic Driver suitable for existing 172 Watt. LED fitting. The Driver should be same make of existing fitting i.e. Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Havells/ Crompton/ Jaquar / Trilux/ Panasonic/ Lighting Technologies make only.

Supply and erection of automatic street light panel of Havells/ Legrand make or equivalent of ABB/ Siemens which should control automatic switching of light that can be repeated on daily basis, suitable to a load of 6 KW of frame size. It should have the following provisions. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.12)

DSR item No.14.16 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply & fixing of OEM made Junction box IP-66/67 made out of Polycarbonate with Glass fiber reinforced of size 210x155x90 (minimum) with 5 nos. OEM made connectors/ terminal blocks. The Jn. Box and connectors/ terminal blocks should be supplied by OEM. The terminal blocks/ connectors should be of Hensel/ Wago/ Elmax/ Siemens make only and junction box shall be of Hensel make KF-1616 G or its equivalent Clipsal/ Legrand/ Rittal/ Schneider/ ABB make only. The Junction box shall be fire retardant and self-extinguishing. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The job includes the cost of cable glands for cable entry, mounting kit for pipe and post installation, fixing screw, all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge of work.

DSR item No.5.12 Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
