Providing and laying of polished cement concrete layer, having average thickness of 75mm on the existing prepared surface after using design mix concrete with minimum cement content @ 350 kg/cum. The item includes the fixing of reuired formwork for casting of concrete layer. the concrete shall be optimally vibrated and levelled to achieve the desired finishing levels. the curing of concrete surface shall be done for 28 days, before the finishing process is undertaken. the final finished surface shall be " salt and pepper finish" which shall be achieved by duly preparing the surface using dry scrubber, wet scrubber, variou grinding disks (60, 120, 200) then application of hard resin based grinding disks (0,1,2) thereafter application of sealer coat to be finished to be furnished with diamond burnishing pads to give optimal polished and densified surface. the grooves on the finished concrete surface shall be filled pouring grade polysulphide. the work shall be executed fromspecialised aggencies having prior experience of successful completion of similar nature of furnished concrete surface (NUVOCO or ACC or Duratech or JBA concrete solutions), complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge. Preparation of the excavated subgrade by levelling the surface, dressing of surface and removing the surplus earth, including manual ramming of the loose earth for proper base for the laying of lean concrete complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge NS

Construction of granular sub - base by providing close graded material conforming to specification, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. with material conforming to grade- II (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) having CBR value - 25 DSR 16.78.2

Providing and fixing adjustable stainless steel cramps 5" of approved quality, required shape and size, fixed with stainless steel fastner 8mm, 4" long, nuts, bolts and washer for dry stone cladding fixed at suitable location, including making necessary recesses in stone slab, drilling required holes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing application and painting of floor marks, signs in the existing concrete flooring in all shades and design as per the architectural design pattern. The application of the material shall be done using masking tapes and frames so that the material provides good clean appearance at the end of process. The work shall be executed by using products of the company Asian PPG, AkzoNoble International or Hikott. The work shall be executed in the following steps: 1. Cleaning of the existing concrete surface of all the loose / fixed external deposits, so as to make the surface completely clean for the application of subsequent layer of coating. 2. Application of clear or colored, penetrating polyurethane solvent based single component primer on the cleaned concrete surface to give optimal adhesion to the concrete surface, for application of the paint coating. 3. Application of self-leveling floor coating for the sign or marking as per the approved drawing on the prepared surface for optimal adhesion with priming coat. the density of the floor paint material shall be minimum 130 gm/cc, bond strength to concrete minimum 8MPA, compressive strength minimum 80 N/mm, Elongation at break shall be more than 300%, tensile strength minimum 50 N/mm. the material shall have good UV resistance. the thickness of the layer shall be minimum 1.5 mm. 4. The final coating shall be transparent high solids low VOC anti-skid polyurethane based textured coating. The final finish of the products shall be thoroughly cleared and thereafter opened to the public usage. The agency shall make all the arrangements for the cordoning of the area during the course of application of various layers and the subsequent setting time required for the respective material as per manufacturers specification, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
