Providing application and painting of floor marks, signs in the existing concrete flooring in all shades and design as per the architectural design pattern. The application of the material shall be done using masking tapes and frames so that the material provides good clean appearance at the end of process. The work shall be executed by using products of the company Asian PPG, AkzoNoble International or Hikott. The work shall be executed in the following steps: 1. Cleaning of the existing concrete surface of all the loose / fixed external deposits, so as to make the surface completely clean for the application of subsequent layer of coating. 2. Application of clear or colored, penetrating polyurethane solvent based single component primer on the cleaned concrete surface to give optimal adhesion to the concrete surface, for application of the paint coating. 3. Application of self-leveling floor coating for the sign or marking as per the approved drawing on the prepared surface for optimal adhesion with priming coat. the density of the floor paint material shall be minimum 130 gm/cc, bond strength to concrete minimum 8MPA, compressive strength minimum 80 N/mm, Elongation at break shall be more than 300%, tensile strength minimum 50 N/mm. the material shall have good UV resistance. the thickness of the layer shall be minimum 1.5 mm. 4. The final coating shall be transparent high solids low VOC anti-skid polyurethane based textured coating. The final finish of the products shall be thoroughly cleared and thereafter opened to the public usage. The agency shall make all the arrangements for the cordoning of the area during the course of application of various layers and the subsequent setting time required for the respective material as per manufacturers specification, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
