Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over exixting chowkhat or fixed shutter or fixed portion or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire guage window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2"x3/4" wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges stainless steel tower bolts 4", stainless steel handles 2 nos. I-hook and french spirit polish two coats after preparation of surface (special quailty) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) chowkhat 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and spirit polish of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of two coats Spirit polish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete l:11/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Providing and fixing 35mm second class thick teak wood wire guage door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35mm style and top rail 150mm x 35mm lock rail 200mm x 35mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12mm gauge fixed with 1/2" x 3/4" teak wood beading i/c s.s fitting & French spirit polish complete fixed in position complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 4mm thick teak ply pasted on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet 0.8mm mica inside canbinet . The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface and spirit polishing on teak ply complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) panel door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges, SS Tower bolts, SS Handles 5”, SS sliding bolt and complete fixed in position complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13½” deep and 2’-0" height with open able shutter at wall above 4’-9" height consisting of 19mm thick with commercial board (ISI marked) lipped with teak wood lipping of 19mm x 6mm on exposed edges include cost of nail, screws, auto hinges, synthetic adhesive etc. The front shutter and sides are to be furnished with 1mm thick ISI marked superior quality mica of approved shade and inner side of the cabinet with 0.8mm thick mica of approved shade fixed in position with help of wooden gutties at wall complete in al respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Wall painting with prernium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound )content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.One coats

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded inbuiltup sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixingin position and applying a priming coatof approved steel primerall complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made cement concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block made with ratio 1:1:2 by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying anti skid Vitrified floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of Ist quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 300x300 mm

Providing and fixing of kitchen cabinet below working shelves made out with 19mm thick commercial ISI marked plyboard and front portion of the cabinet furnished with 1mm thick superior quality sun mica of outer side and 0.8mm thick sun mica inner side of the cabinet for fixing the kitchen accessories and jack at bottom synthetic enamel paint over remaining portion. It is also include the cost of sprit polishing on the edge of the lipping cost of stainless steel handle, adhesive, nail, screws etc. complete fixed in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (GRANITE).
