Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets {size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work or old work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (two or more coats)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish within CSIO, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Dismantling of FRP/profile/GI sheets with structural steel/ false ceiling,aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing , plaster, chips, tiles,pvc flooring etc. including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in CSIO as directed by Engineerin- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond CSIO, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing & fixing Polycarbonate sheet Solar control IR 2mmth (Grade 2UR IR 105 R 175) in approved colour/shade and pattern in roofing/ partitions etc. The polycarbonate sheet should have tensile strength not less than 60N/ sqm ,light transmission should not be less tahn 70 5 and two sides UV protected .The sheet should be fixed with the help of Aluminium section specially desgned for carrying the sheet in proper shape and pattren and make it water tight by neoprene gasket alaround i/c all necessary nuts ,bolts and washers etc. all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.( make - Sabic or equalent)

Providing & Supply of mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern 16 mm Dune RH99 of Armstrong all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls/Roof with Damp Proof Paint with additives of required shade (Two coats ). including priming coat of one coat of primer applied Make :- Asian Damp Proof paint or Equivalent

Carrying out petty jobs of welding works with necessaqry tools, welding set & rods etc. for petty works at diffrent locations which can not be measured as directed by engineer in charge.which otherwise can not be mearsured.

Carrying out petty jobs of misc.petty works with all necessary tools,Rehri,etc.at diffrent locations which can not be measured as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing &fixing aluminum composite paneling 3mm thick on wall, partition, facia ,column etc etc at required place as per direction of Engineer in-charge. The ACP be exterior grade of any metallic colour, Make Alstone or equivalent on frame work 1'1/2" x1"x2mm (standard aluminums section). The aluminum section to be anchored to existing wall etc with screw, desh fasteners etc. The size, c/c spacing of ACP be as per the site adjustment but must be uniform spacing. The joints to be filled with silicon of DOW coming /wacker make.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Supplying and drawing of 3 x 2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing of 3 x 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2X6 sq mm + 1X6 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (Note:- this item includes PVC conduite pipe + PVC wire)

Supplying and fixing 5/6 A modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. (Note: Suitable for fixing on PVC modular box for PVC trunking)

Supplying and fixing modular 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. (Note: Suitable for fixing on PVC modular box for PVC trunking)

Supplying and fixing of 25mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supply and fixing 20mm to 25mm PVC flexible pipe alongwith accessories on surface as required.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia MS flexible pipe with PVC coating along with all ancillaries and accessories like coupler etc. as required.
