10 Instructions for Vendors Bidding for a UPPCL Tender

  1. A UPPCL tender bid should be uploaded in two parts. Part 1 would contain all information, documents and desired enclosures as mentioned in the UPPCL tender along with the EMD in required form. Part 2 would contain the price bid only. The latter would be opened only if Part 1 documentation is found in absolute order.
  2. The submitted documents should be accompanied by financial status and latest income tax clearance certificate.
  3. It should also contain the company’s experience certificates along with certifications that prove their successful completion.
  4. The bidder must submit an affidavit of validity of offer on a non-judicial stamp paper of ₹100 and ₹1 revenue stamp in the prescribed format.
  5. The bidder has to quote their rates against each type of work and also the grand total for the project in figure and words along with enclosing the schedule of work. 
  6. The bidder must provide his complete postal address below the signatures on the BOQs (Bill of Quantities) after quoting the rates. This address will be used for every future correspondence regarding the UPPCL tender.
  7. Each page of the bid documents for the tender in UPPCL must be signed by the tenderer along with the date. Any writing must also be in ink and any correction must be signed with a date.
  8. In case of a partnership firm, each page of the bid documents must be signed by each member. In case a member is absent, a power of attorney stating the same must be produced.
  9. The UPPCL tender will remain valid for six months from the date of opening of the tender.
  10. Bidders must submit a declaration on ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper stating that they aren’t debarred or blacklisted by any state government or the central government or any public sector unit in the country.
