- Scanned copy of the evidence of availability of items (either owned/leased/rented) of construction and maintenance equipment named in Clause 4.3 b (b) (i).
- Scanned copy of details of the technical personnel who are proposed to be employed for the said project, they must bear the qualifications defined in Clause 4.3 b (b) (ii).
- Scanned copy of reports on the financial standing of the bidder along with a certificate from a CA to prove the company’s said turnover for the last three years.
- Scanned copy of information regarding any litigation or arbitration during the last five years in which the contractor has been involved, the concerned stakeholders, the disputed amount and a report on its present status.
- An undertaking that the bidder is in no way affiliated to the firm that has been hired or employed by the employer for preparation of NHAI tenders bid documents or to supervise the contract.
