At least 50% of this turnover should be from civil engineering construction works. For example, if the amount put to bid is 100, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50 (50% of 100) in any one year in the last five years, with at least 50% of this turnover (25) being from civil engineering construction works. The Assessed Available Bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*M – B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five financial years. The bidder's available bid capacity must be more than the total bid value.
