The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of experience in providing similar type of services. The bidder should have successfully executed/completed similar services with specific conditions: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 1 project with a contract value of not less than Rs 75 Lakh for each contract of providing manpower services to reputed firms in any last 3 financial years, and at least 1 project with supply of 25 manpower in each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies in the last 3 financial years. The contract value is Rs 500 Lakh. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 years is 500 Lakh.
