The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work is "Any Civil Engineering work, comprising of Execution of earth work in formation with Mechanical Compaction". In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed or substantially completed any of the above-mentioned similar works. Separate completed works of minimum required values are also considered for technical eligibility criteria.
