East Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The bidder should submit a list of completed works being submitted for fulfillment of eligibility criteria for similar nature of work, including description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work, date of actual start, actual date of completion and final value of contract at the time of bill finalisation. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, and should be minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
