"Supply and Installation of Basic earthing Kit as per RDSO Spec No RDSO/SPN/197/2016 or latest . Each set will consists of (a) Earth Electrode of copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel rod , minimum 3.0 mtr long , and minimum 17.0 mm dia, specially designed for electrical grounding- 01 No ( b) earth enhancement compound in 10 Kgs bag-3 Nos , ( c) Copper tape of 25 mm x 6 mm x 300 mm - 2 Nos (d) Copper Tape of 25 mm x 6 mmx 200 mm to terminate on earth electrode - 01 No . (e) Supply of insulated connecting cable to connect equipment Bus Bar 10 Mtr each earth , (f) Installation of Unit Earth consisting materials covered in above item in accordance to RDSO spec no RDSO/SPN/197/2016 or latest which involves digging of earth to required depth , insertion of electrode, joint of electrodes using coupler, filling of earth enhancing compound , 18 provision of exothermic weld one to connecting cable to the earth electrode and another to the copper Tape . Electrode Termination in a concrete sink and routing the cadmium cable to bus bar in equipment (All other material required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor ) Inspection Note:- Supply and installation should be done in accordance of RDSO's Technical advisory No. "STS/E/TAN/3006 ver 3.0 dated 08.01.25" and as per guidelines mentioned in RDSO's letter RDSO- SIG0SPD(PROJ)/1/2020, dtd. 01.01.2025 on Earthing, Bonding, Surge and Lightning Protection System for SnT Installation. Only NABL/ILAC tested exothermic materials are used for exothermic welding in earthing and bonding system. The installation of earting system should be carried out by OEM. OEM shall associate them by deputing his engineers / supervisors during installation, testing and commissioning of system. After installation, warranty certificate valid for 60 months will be obtained by tenderer from OEM, after which only payment will be made." INSPECTION: RDSO

"Supply and Installation of class "D" pluggable type surge protection device for single phase with visual indication and potential free contacts suitable for 24 V DC application with neutral systems for as per RDSO/SPN/165/2004 SPECFICATION or latest. SPD shall be indicative type/modular SPDs. All should have PFC for connection to datalogger for remote diagnostic of SPD at a centralized 14 location Note:- Supply and installation should be done in accordance of RDSO's Technical advisory No. "STS/E/TAN/3006 ver 3.0 dated 08.01.25" and as per guidelines mentioned in RDSO's letter RDSO- SIG0SPD(PROJ)/1/2020, dtd. 01.01.2025 on Earthing, Bonding, Surge and Lightning Protection System for SnT Installation. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of single channel laser or High power LED based Aspiration detection unit (for AC room) with area covering 5000 sq. ft. with programmable 4 stage alarm generation and with 4 addressable modules. It should have auto cleaning facility in 5 optical chamber, electronic discrimination of particle size, ultrasonic air flow sensing auto learn feature with TCP/IP network capability, the aspiration system shall also include external power supply unit with battery backup. Approval- UL/LPCB/VDS listed (document of approval must be submitted along with supply, otherwise no payment will be made) and shall comply to specification No. RDSO/SPN/217/ 2021 ver-3 or latest. "Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Analogue Addressable type Isolator modules device for isolating in case of any fault, complying to the RDSO/SPN/217/2021 ver-3 or latest. Inspection:- RDSO Note- 11 Nos. Analogue Addressable type Isolator modules should be supplied free of cost as spares excluding schedule Quanties. Spares cost are also included & to be 7 supplied religiously as per RDSO para no. 4.15 of RDSO/SPN/217/ 2021 ver-3 or latest. In case of variation of quantities, there will be proportionate increase in number of spares for which next higher whole number will be taken. Bill of material will be submitted by the tenderer with OEM's certification that they have supplied all the materials including spares as per RDSO Norms. Outputs suitable for 110V DC applications (Conforming to RDSO Spec. RDSO/SPN/165/2012 or latest and as per IEC 61643). All should have PFC for connection to datalogger for remote diagnostic of SPD at a centralized location. It also includes installation of Surge Protection Device duly wired mounted on DIN rail with necessary 16 fittings like nuts, bolts etc. as per the site requirements and the engineer in-charge. Note:- Supply and installation should be done in accordance of RDSO's Technical advisory No. "STS/E/TAN/3006 ver 3.0 dated 08.01.25" and as per guidelines mentioned in RDSO's letter RDSO-SIG0SPD(PROJ)/1/2020, dtd. 01.01.2025 on Earthing, Bonding, Surge and Lightning Protection System for SnT Installation. "Supply, Installation Testing and commissioning of FRLS (unarmoured)/ Fire Survival Circuit Integrity Cables and power cable with all accessories for connection of Fire Alarm devices as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/217/2021 ver-3 or latest. Note- The cable manufacturer should provide test certificate related to the manufacturing of fire resistant wires & cables from UL or FM or Vds or LPCB or BRE Global or any recognized lab by Government of India. "Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Networkable Single loop addressable Fire alarm Control panel expandable upto 4 loops & interface with GSM/LTE module working as per RDSO/SPN/217/ 2021 ver-3 or latest. The control panel shall be networkable to Zonal /Divisional Headquarters preferably over TCP/lP and shall have clock synchronization facility. The control panel shall have provision of Graphical software to enable remote monitoring of entire fire detection and alarm system of a station from Head Quarters. The control panel shall be designed to work on power supply of 110V/230V AC as well as on DC battery backup of adequate capacity to work upto 24 hrs. 1 Backup. The Power supplies like batteries and chargers and Control Modules shall be supplied by the contractor. The system shall be approved by UL or FM or Vds or LPCB Note- 11 No. CPU card, 11 No. Power Supply Card, 06 No. loop card should be supplied free of cost as spares excluding schedule Quanties. Supply and installation of CO2 type fire extinguisher capacity 4.5 Kg capacity ISI Mark 11 IS: 15683 operating temperature (-30°C to +55°C) for class 13 B type of fire with 1 mtr. Hose pipe fitted with PVC bent horn complete in all respect. "Supply, installation testing & commissioning of Heat and smoke multi sensor with back box with integral short circuit isolator as per specification No. RDSO/SPN/ 217/ 2021 ver-3 or latest and required to be provided at suitable locations inside the diesel generator room, battery rom, ASM room, and other S&T service rooms as directed by the Railway site Engineer. The location of fixing is to be meticulously decided so that full advantage of the system is achieved. Note- 80 Nos. Casting, Concreting and Curing of foundation for Quarter Size apparatus case (GKP- type) including cost of all materials required for fixing holding down bolts, casting concreting and fixing of "E" type lock. Note:i) The contractor will provide holding down bolts , ii) Bottom of apparatus cases should be filled with sand and the top surface covered with masonry work and neat cementing. iii) E type locks to be fixed as per instructions of site Engineer. Miniature E type lock should be factory fitted in the front & back cover of Quarter size apparatus case.
