The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing similar projects. For construction of new GIS GSS or GIS Bays, the bidder must have designed, manufactured, type tested, supplied, and supervised erection and commissioning of at least two Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) circuit breaker bays of 345kV or above voltage class, with these bays being in satisfactory operation for at least two years. Alternatively, the bidder who has established manufacturing and testing facility in India for GIS, but not meeting the above requirement, can also be considered if they have manufactured at least one GIS. For construction of 33KV new AIS Bays, the bidder should have completed construction of at least two new AIS or GIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 33 KV or Higher Voltage Level bays in 132/33 KV AIS/GIS or above voltage class substation on turnkey basis, with these bays being in satisfactory operation for at least one year. In terms of value, the executed value of such project in any one financial year should not be less than 10% of the Estimated Contract Value of the instant tender or Rs. 50.00 crores, whichever is higher. For joint venture firms, all partners collectively must meet the technical requirements, and the lead partner must meet the financial criteria and have minimum technical experience. Other partners must also meet the financial criteria and have minimum technical experience, which includes erecting, testing, and commissioning at least two GIS/AIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 33kV or above voltage level during the last seven years, with these bays being in satisfactory operation for at least one year. However, for tenders with an estimated cost of up to Rs. 25.00 crores, the minimum technical experience for each of the other joint venture partners is not required.
