The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing power projects, designing, manufacturing, and constructing specific types of substations and switchgear. For construction of new GIS GSS or GIS Bays, the bidder must have designed, manufactured, type tested, supplied, and supervised erection & commissioning of at least two Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) circuit breaker bays of 345kV or above voltage class, or 220 KV or above voltage class, or 110 KV or above voltage class in one GIS Substation or Switchyard during the last seven years. For construction of 33KV new AIS Bays, the bidder should have completed construction of at least two new AIS or GIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 33 KV or Higher Voltage Level bays in 132/33 KV AIS/GIS or above voltage class substation on turnkey basis, with the works executed during the last seven years. In case of Joint Venture, all partners shall collectively meet the technical requirements. The monetary value for similar works completed is Rs. 50.00 crores or 10% of the Estimated Contract Value of the Instant Tender, whichever is higher. For Joint Ventures, specific requirements are: * For construction of 33KV New GIS Bays: One partner must meet the Technical Experience criteria, and the other partner(s) must meet the Technical Experience criteria or have erected, tested, and commissioned at least two GIS/AIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 33kV or above voltage level during the last seven years. * For construction of 33KV new AIS Bays: The lead partner must have constructed at least 02 nos. bays of 33KV or higher voltage level, and the other partner(s) must have constructed at least 01 nos. bay of 33 KV or higher voltage level on turnkey basis. The value of similar works completed has detailed monetary values mentioned: - For tenders having estimated cost more than Rs. 25.00 Crs., the proposed minimum technical experience for each of the other JV partner(s) will be applicable. - For tenders having estimated cost up to Rs. 25.00 Crs., the minimum technical experience for each of the other JV partner(s) will not be required. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the executed value of such project in any one financial year shall not be less than 10% of the Estimated Contract Value of the Instant Tender or Rs. 50.00 crores, whichever is higher.
