The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing power projects, construction of new GIS GSS, GIS Bays, and AIS Bays. For construction of new GIS GSS/ construction of new GIS Bays, the bidder must have designed, manufactured, type tested, supplied, and supervised erection & commissioning of at least two Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) circuit breaker bays of 345kV or above voltage class/ 220 KV or above voltage class / 110 KV or above voltage class in one GIS Substation or Switchyard during the last seven years. For construction of 33KV new AIS Bays, the bidder should have completed construction of at least two new AIS (Air Insulated Substation)/ GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 33 KV or Higher Voltage Level bays in 132/33 KV AIS/GIS or above voltage class substation on turnkey basis, with the works executed during the last seven years. In case of Joint Venture, all partners shall collectively meet the technical requirement in totality. The monetary value for similar works completed is Rs. 50.00 crores or 10% of the Estimated Contract Value of the Instant Tender, whichever is higher. For Joint Venture partners, the required prior work experience includes: - For construction of 33KV New GIS Bays: One of the partner(s) of JV must meet the Technical Experience criteria, and the other partner(s) must meet the Technical Experience criteria or must have erected, tested and commissioned at least two GIS/AIS Circuit Breaker equipped bays of 33kV or above voltage level during the last seven years. - For construction of 33KV new AIS Bays: At least construction of 02 nos. bays of 33KV or higher voltage level on turnkey basis in 132/33KV GSS or above voltage class substation on turnkey basis for the lead partner, and at least construction of 01 nos. bay of 33 KV or higher voltage level on turnkey basis in 132/33 KV GSS or above voltage class substation on turnkey basis for the other partner(s). The value of similar works completed is mentioned as Rs. 50.00 crores or 10% of the Estimated Contract Value, with detailed monetary values for tenders having estimated cost more than Rs. 25.00 Crs. and up to Rs. 25.00 Crs.
