Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Laying of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor airfield lighting cable of grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 5 KV of size not exceeding 16 sqmm in the existing masonary open duct as required.

Supply and laying of 50mm dia size medium class GI pipe for entry of cable etc. complete as required as per site condition and as directed by EIC.

Laying of size 2x4 Sqmm secondary lead and making interconnection between isolating transformer and Sign board etc in existing pipe/masonary open duct wherever reqd etc complete as reqd.

Dismantling the existing signages board Mandatory / Information/ location/ VOR check point Runway/ Taxiway guidance signage of various size with length varying from 800 mm to 3000mm with all accessories including disconnected of electrical supply etc complete as required and and shifting to AAI electrical stores complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Making field connections by crimping 6/16 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6/16 sq.mm. single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying HT insulation tape over which again applying PVC insulation tape complete etc as required.

Supply of CI dummy plate of 8 mm thickness suitable for installation on the existing transformer housing boxes of 330 mm dia with 6 Nos hole suitable for M10 bolts and one no. hole at centre suitable to receive secondary cable etc as required.

Supply of following size , 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core following size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required. 6 sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 5KV of size not exceeding 16 sqmm. in the existing RCC / Hume / HDPE/Stoneware / GI pipe complete as required.

Laying of 50mm outer dia. HDPE pipe with HDD trenchless method direct in ground upto depth of 3.0 meter including under Taxiway as per site condition in all type soil including coupling, splicing of pipe,rope etc complete as required in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Making field connections by Plug or receptacles for existing secondary 2 x 4 sqmm cu cable from isolating transformer to Sign board including applying PVC insulation tape etc complete as required .

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Supply of Electronic Converters for LED based airfield signages boards having height 800mm and length varying from 800mm to 3000mm & suitable for operation on series circuit, input current varying from 2.8A to 6.6A and provide constant brightness for all current variation etc as required as directed by EIC.

Fabrication, Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of internally illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information/ location/ VOR check point Runway/ Taxiway guidance signage of various size made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2 mm thick powder coated aluminum profile having minimum width of 150mm and supported at back by 50mm dia (Nominal size),3mm thick, die cast aluminum pipe at a separation and frangible coupling as required.Light Source shall be highly luminious, long life typical 50,000 Hrs. type, 0.5 watts LED's assembled on aluminum PCB of size 700mm X 20mmX2mm having 11 LED's per PCB for boards having height 800mm or more & 500mmX20mmX2mm PCB having 8 LED's per PCB for board having height 600mm respectively.These aluminium PCB should be places not more than 160mm apart across the length of the board in order to ensure uniform distribution of light across the board.Efficiency of LED shall have delivered minimum output 95 lumens per watt and colour temperature should be more then 5000 Kelvin with proper heat dissipation. The signage boards with length varying from 800 mm to 3000mm shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8 amp - 6.6 amp (brightness of the signage should be constant with current variation) including supply and installation of suitable single capacity/ wattage electronic converters and isolating transformers for entire length of sign boards. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerized cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required color as per ICAO Annex 14 Vol1(legends as approved by EIC).Scope of work shall included for Installation of mounting each legs with grouting accessories i.e anchor bolts,washer, frame,base plate etc. complete as required but excluded civil concrete works.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Supply of following size of stranded annealed copper conductor, 5 KV grade, PVC insulated , PVC sheathed ,unscreened,unarmoured,antitermite and antirodent treated Air Field cable generally confirming to ISI 554/ PT-II as ammended uptodate and as per specification. 1x6 Sqmm

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of out side dia of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick suitable to receive a light fitting base plate at the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole/s center at one side surface center 75 mm above bottom surface & check nut having two earth bolts & four nuts with washer of M 10x30mm welded inside near the hole (4" away from the hole center) and having following nos. hole suitable to receive 50mm dia GI/HDPE pipe and an other one a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to received 15 mm dia 'B" class G.I. pipe & having clear opening of 220 mm at top surface and 6 nos. M 10 tapped hole at the centere of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate and bolts and as required. One no of Hole

Supply of Plug and receptacles suitable for secondary lead of 2 x 4 sqmm EPR insulalted PCP sheathed copper conductor of secondary airfield lighting cables.

Providing and fixing of PVC check nuts for 50 mm Outer dia HDPE pipe i/c threading and alignment of pipe with CI transformer housing box etc complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including providing and fixing 300mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of soil and refilling, adjustment of CI boxes etc. complete as required.

Supply of 2core X 4 sq.mm AFL secondary lead made out of annealed tinned copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed,unarmoured,anti termite & anti rodent treated 600V/1100V grade cable for connection between isolating transformer and airfield light fixtures as specified in particular specification etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x 40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Supply of 50 mm outer dia. HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:1995,Material Grade:PE 80, PN 10 and as per specified in particular specification.

Laying of 50 mm outer dia HDPE pipe including coupling,splicing of pipe in existing trench etc complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connections, from earth electrode with 6SWG dia, G.I wire in 15mm dia,G.I pipe from earth electrode as required.

Excavation of hard rock for existing concrete platform/cable trench including getting out and disposal of excavated soil as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire along with UG cable in HDPE/GI Pipe etc complete as required.
