If Any Bidder Is Claiming Mse Status And The Bid Is Submitted Without Uploading Valid Udyam Registration Certificate On- Line In The Appropriate Place Along With The Rest Of Your Bid, The Bid Shall Be Rejected. If Any Bidder Is Claiming Emd Exemption Without Uploading Valid Dpiit Certificate Online At The Appropriate Place Along With The Rest Of Your Bid, The Bid Shall Be Rejected. In Cases Of Emd Exemption, Bidders Shall Also Sign A Bid Securing Declaration Accepting That If They Withdraw Or Modify Their Bids During The Period Of Validity, Or If They Are Awarded The Contract And They Fail To Sign The Contract, Or To Submit A Performance Security Before The Deadline Defined In The Request For Bids Or Request For Proposals Document, They Will Be Suspended For A Period Of One Year From Being Eligible To Submit Bids Or Proposals For Contracts With The Procurement Authority.
