The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of works of Single work-80% OR double works-50% (each of double works) OR triple works- 40% (each of triple works) of contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one single similar work of value not less than Rs. 1,76,00,000.00 in any one year of the last five years. The bidder must also have achieved a minimum financial turnover of 40% for the amount indicated in Appendix-I (average of the last five years). The information to be filled in by the bidder includes: 1. Total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years. 2. Work performed as prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years, with details such as: - Name of the employer - Description of work - Contract number - Value of contract (in Rs. Crore) - Date of issue of work order - Stipulated period of completion - Actual date of completion 3. Quantities of work executed as prime contractor in the last five years. The bidder is also required to provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, including the value of contracts, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed. The bidder's bid capacity should be assessed based on their existing commitments and ongoing works, with a value (B) of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 18 months.
