For package values up to Rs. 5.00 crores, the bidder should have at least one single civil work order of value not less than 50% of the package value. The work order should have been allotted within the last 5 financial years from the year of publication of the bid. The bidder's capacity to execute the work is also evaluated based on their annual turnover in the last 3 years. The bidder's maximum bid capacity shall be calculated as 2 times the bidder's highest annual turnover in any of the preceding last 3 years.
