The required prior work experience for the bidder includes submitting a self-certified up-to-date progress report of all works awarded to them for the past 5 years. The bidder should have audited or unaudited Annual Turnover for Civil works only, which should not be less than the package value. In case of package value more than Rs.5.00 crores, the bidder should have at least 1 single Civil work order of value not less than 60% of the package value or 2 works equaling 70% of package value. For package value up to Rs.5.00 crore, the bidder should have at least 1 single civil work order of value not less than 50% of the package value. The bidder who quoted less than 10% below the package value/estimate rate will be retained and qualify for allotment. The minimum allowable lowest quoted value (ALQV) would be calculated by subtracting 10% of the Package value. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have completed works to the extent of payments already received by them if they have already been awarded work equal to twice their annual turnover of the last 3 years. The bidder needs to submit an Abstract of Annual Turnover for Civil works only for the preceding Five Financial Years from a registered Chartered Accountant and a copy of a single work order having a minimum value as per the given clauses. The bidder also needs to submit a table containing the Annual turnover of the Bidder during the last 3 years and a table containing the value of existing commitments/liabilities of all ongoing works awarded to the bidder remaining to be completed. The amount of Bid Security / EMD shall be 2% of the package value.
